Lesson Cancellation Policy

oNWards Media (Education) has a cancellation policy, ensuring learning opportunities are open to all when time is available.

 

 

If you are aware that you will be unavailable for a regular lesson booking, please contact Nick on 07847484498 or at nick.onwardsmedia@gmail.com in order to cancel or rearrange your booking for a mutually convenient time.

 

 

oNWards Media must be informed of ALL CANCELLATIONS at least 24 hours prior to the lesson start time. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance and ‘no shows’ will incur a cancellation fee of the price of the lesson.  All clients will be notified if they have incurred the fee, to be paid at the next lesson or via BACS transfer.
